Worship and praise doesn’t just take place on a Sunday. Here at HBC, we believe worship constitutes our entire lives. Our obedience to God’s Word is our daily worship. On Sundays however, and within a gathering of God’s people, we seek to worship Him in song, in prayer, by offering our earthly wealth and by sitting under the ministry of His word. It is impossible to say that singing is solely worship in the same way that giving an offering of money is solely worship. All that we do as a church is done in worship to Jesus Christ!
Praise forms a part of this worship and is something that we seek to do with excellence. A normal Sunday service in Hamilton will have a range of instruments involved- from traditional organ to flutes, drums and guitar! We aim to have a balance between the best of the old hymns and the best of the new hymns and we are backed up by a team of singers each week.
